Let’s be honest: this reality? It’s weird. And sometimes the best way to survive its absurdities—let alone grow through them—is to laugh. Not just at the world, but at ourselves. Especially at ourselves.
This week, I joined the newest trend of turning yourself into an action figure. But instead of choosing some idealized version, I went full “toy I’d actually want to own.” Because self-parody is sacred play. It's how we disarm our ego, invite joy into the creative process, and turn self-awareness into something kinetic, even mythic.
Mocking ourselves—intentionally, artfully—isn’t weakness. It’s a sign we’ve made peace with our contradictions. That we can hold the mirror, see the cosmic joke... and still show up with power, curiosity, and a cape.
